The hotel is situated in a beautiful countryside with excellent views of the extensive lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff serve tasty home-cooked meals in the garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere. the on-site owner is available to help plan and arrange local Gypsy jeep photo safaris to look for leopards and tour the farmlands in the area.
The ongoing external redecorations are not yet complete, and the garden needed a little maintenance.

Our host made our stay memorable with warm reception, home-cooked meals, and excellent service. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided an inviting ambiance. The stunning countryside scenery and successful safaris added to the excitement. Transportation and parking were convenient.

Spent New Year's Eve in a heritage hotel. The atmosphere was festive and lively. They had a beautiful outdoor area lit up with twinkling lights and great music. The staff was attentive and offered a warm welcome with delicious food and drinks. The location was perfect for a quiet retreat, surrounded by nature and scenic landscapes. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable.
There were a few things that could have been better. The noise level outside was quite high, making it difficult to sleep.

We stayed at a lovely heritage hotel during our New Year's celebration. The host was welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of the town, and arranged for us to go on safari tours to see leopards and explore the countryside. The hotel's location was perfect, with views of a beautiful lake and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy. The homemade food was tasty and satisfying, and we enjoyed trying some local dishes.
The decor could be updated a bit, as the exterior was still under renovations and the garden needed upkeep. while the hotel was priced on the higher side, we felt that the lack of some basic amenities like a mini fridge and tea makers in the room was a downside.
